Pennythorn & Sconce
In sunshine and high winds, the following were seen by Phil Matthews:
Ten Curlews (including a family of six), three Kestrels, over 30 Swallows, eight Goldfinch, two Meadow Pipits, two Pied Wagtails, two House Martins, two Mistle Thrush and single Skylark, Linnet, Reed Bunting, Whitethroat.  There was also a mixed flock of 42 Black-headed and Common Gulls.

At Faweather Grange, the staff allowed Phil into the barn where breeding Swallows were feeding.
