River walk from Bingley to Saltaire - 3 Kingfishers seen along different stretches. One bird carrying a minnow & entering a bank nest site.
3 Grey Herons recorded with two birds in Myrtle Park, one an adult, the other a juvenile which was begging for food. This took the form of a continual cackling call along with raising of the crest.
Another Heron was seen to grab a bank vole plus some grasses in its beak before swallowing  the mammal & discarding the "salad".
