Barden Moor - pair of Stonechat

Stockbridge Reserve (members only) - singing Chiff-Chaff, Little Egret, Snipe flushed, classic call of a Buzzard in tree behind hide proved to be a mimicking Jay!
Above Micklethwaite Village - single Raven.

Glovershaw
Up to 12 Snipe now present in the fields by Golcar Farm.  Lots of 'chunking' and display flights.  Up to 25 pairs of Lapwings in the same area.  Reed Buntings and Meadow Pipits have now returned to the moorland and Sky Larks are performing their aerial song.

A pair of Common Buzzards overhead during the afternoon.
