92 Whooper Swans heading north 08:30 (later seen over Silsden)
Curlew, Lapwing and Skylarks on territory just outside the grounds. 2 Green Woodpeckers yaffling, numerous Great Spotted Woodpeckers seen or heard. 30+Redwing. Nuthatch, Treecreeper, Jay. 2 Herring Gull (3rd and 1st winter) in the bottom fields. Goosander, Tufted Duck, Mute Swan.

Red Grouse (v large nrs, especially on Ilkley side of hill), Golden Plover (3 seen in flight, others calling near hill top), Stonechat (pair).
