Stockbridge Reserve - Cettis Warbler sang briefly to the left of the hide, Water Rail searching for food below the bird feeder & Stock Dove calling.

Stockbridge Reserve - 5 Shovellers landed on the lake this morning. They consisted of 3 adult males, a female plus an immature male. They arrived at 10 o'clock & were still the when I left at 11.15. other sightings - Water Rail, Kingfisher, Reed Bunting, Goldfinch & Greenfinch.

Yeadon Tarn - large numbers of Coot, a few Goosanders, some Tufted Ducks & many Cormorants.

Knotford Nook - displaying Goldeneye, a few Gadwall, Wigeon, plus a single Pinkfoot Goose flew over calling.

Cononley Ings - recent heavy rainfall has swelled the wetland area . Neil turner has sent a list of birds he recorded there as follows:

Single Cormorant, Little Egret, Great White Egret, Moorhen, 5 Grey Heron, 8 Shoveler, 10 Goosander, 28 Mallard, 30 Teal, 160 Lapwing, 170 Wigeon, 250 Greylags, 290 Canadas, 2 L B B Gulls, 70 Common, & 670 BHGs.

Stockbridge Reserve =- great views of Kingfisher as it fished on the lake for some time this morning. It also caught by hovering and diving. Water Rail heard with Reed Buntings & Goldfinches on the feeders.

Yesterday, Jon Middleton, through call knowledge, located a male Cetti's Warbler.
