Royds Hall area - 65 Redwing, 6 Bullfinch, Brambling with finch flock, 2 Jay, 2 GSW, Nuthatch,
250 Woodpigeon, 8 Tufted Duck, Goosander, 51 Canada Geese, Great Crested Grebe.

Stockbridge Reserve (members only) - Kestrel sat in box for some time whilst a Sparrowhawk patrolled the reserve. Redpoll, Siskin, Bullfinch and a few Fieldfare were seen. Cormorant & Goosanders flew along the river.

Not a Turkey seen anywhere!!!

Baildon Moor - 40 Golden Plover.
In the area - 3 Reed Bunting dotted about. No other buntings!

Upwood - Whetstone Gate-  2 Brambling in mixed flock of Chaffinches and Tits at Upwood.
Female Stonechat below Bradup by stream, Male Stonechat  between Bradup and Quarry feeding on roadside. Kestrel hunting by quarry.

Dowley Gap S W - Chiff-Chaff seen from aqueduct this morning. Two Chiff-Chaffs this afternoon in the fenceside bushes. No sign of a bird from the aqueduct, so one of them is presumably the bird seen earlier in the day.

Stockbridge Reserve (members only) - 34 species recorded this morning including - 4 Reed Bunting, Sparrowhawk, Kingfisher, a Snipe which the Water Rail chased off, 2 Redpoll, 120 Woodpigeon flew east, 20 Siskin, Goosander, 23 Fieldfare, hunting Kestrel and Tawny Owl in its box.

Thruscross Reservoir - Peregrine, 53 Canada Geese, Kestrel
Fewston Reservoir - 170 Canada Geese, 15 Greylag, 7 Tufted, Sparrowhawk, Red Kite. In the beech wood next to A59 near Blubberhouses - 4 Brambling, Treecreeper.

A Rose-ringed Parakeet in a garden on The Rowans, just off Lucy Hall Drive.

Strid Woods - 100 Brambling on north bank of the river just east of the aqueduct. Very mobile.
Mandarin Duck total 49 birds in small parties.

Long-tailed Tit, Coal Tit, Blue Tit, Great Tit,
Nuthatches, Treecreeper, Jay numerous,
Grey Heron, Canada Goose, 130+Mallard, Moorhen,
Wren, Hedge Accentor, Robin, Pied Wagtail,
6+GSWdpkr (3 together in same tree)
Little Owl in usual spot.

The flock of Golden Plover, in the field below Hope Hill, was down to 25 but there was the addition of three Lapwings.  About 50 Fieldfare were seen feeding on berries in various parts of Shipley Glen.
