Barden Moor - Great Grey Shrike plus Common Crane through at 15.45.
Howard Creber. Also 2 male Ring Ouzel - Mark Williams

Phil Matthews took these views of birdlife around Pennythorn and Sconce on 17th April.

Wheatears are moving through in good numbers.
At least six pairs of Skylarks are now breeding on the top of Pennythorn Hill.
Female Chaffinch
Many pairs of Meadow Pipits are now well-established.

At least three pairs of Reed Bunting can be seen.

Willow Warblers arrived on about the 9th April.
