Sconce Lane near to scout camp - 2 singing Whitethroat, 4 singing Reed Bunting, 2 Linnet
Entrance to Upwood Hall - Spotted Flycatcher
Bradup - adult Linnet feeding two young
Whetstone Gate - pair of Stonechat plus juv male, also Kestrel.
(On the sighting of Spotted Fly - see Halifax Birders site re influx of this species)

An evening at Heather Park, St Ives, Bingley produced 19 flypasts in just over an hour. Plenty of Tawnys calling and midges biting us.
